I love this hot sauce you see above. I eat it on anything I can put it on….ask my wife, that’s a lot. I just had an egg and cheese sammy for dinner and was enjoying it so much I thought I’d share. For those who like hot things and have never experienced it, you should try it. It’s called Sriracha…enjoy

You need to take Carrie and the kids to Kim’s Korean Grill in West Ashely and order “Hot Stone Bowl” It’s not on the menu so you have to just ask for it. It is the best meal and they use that same hot sauce. Have you heard of Kimshi?
